In the second quarter of 2022, the Maps and Navigation category on the Android platform in Oceania showcased noteworthy trends across the top five applications. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into weekly downloads and active users for each app, reflecting their performance in the region.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a consistent presence in the market. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly but generally remained around 11K to 16K. Downloads peaked at approximately 16.6K in the week of April 18. Active users saw a modest increase from 402K to 454K by early April, before stabilizing around 421K to 433K towards the end of the quarter.

DiDi Rider: Affordable rides also maintained a steady performance. Weekly downloads ranged between 7K and 9.4K, with a peak of 9.4K in the week of April 18. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 148K and fluctuating slightly to end at 141K by the end of June.
